Creating Work Groups

Agents and their transactions are not showing up in Manager, Broker or Transaction Coordinator Pipeline.
*****Keep in mind that all agents created in a work group automatically appear under both the Pipeline Section and Lead Distribution. There is no need to create separate groups.
Solutions Steps:
- Login to your Account.
- Click > My Account
- Click > My Groups
- Click > Create Group .. then name and create group by hitting the submit button titled Create Group
- Once the group is created then Click > My Groups
- Find the group you created and Click on it.
- Then Click on the Link Invite members to your group
- Enter their Email Addresses and send them the invite. That’s it.
** instead of manually typing the email address in order invite members to your group, you may also first import all your contacts into the system for ease of use. Once completed, all you need to do is click the To: link and you can click on the invitees from your address book.
Invitees will receive an email with directions on how to join your group. Once each person joins, you will have access to their pipelines and the ability to distribute them leads. Sample email below.
