What should I do to get started within my new Realtiva.com Account?

Below are a list of must dos for Realtiva.com with respect to New Users. This should make your transition to Realtiva.com easy as well as more effective.

1.  Import in your contacts. This can be done in a number of ways.
From your Blackberry to Realtiva.com, Outlook to Realtiva.com, or by uploading a CSV file within Realtiva.

2.   Make sure your account is up-to-date.  Click My Account, My Profile,  My Preferences as well as My Checklists section to udpdate your profile, commission percentages, and add your disclosure checklists.

3.  Set up your wireless Device to sync calendars, contacts, and notes.

4.  Set up Microsoft Outlook to sync with Realtiva.com.

5.  Add your Lead Capture form to your website. Click Lead Distribution Tab then Lead Capture HTML.

6.  Create a drip Email campaign to your new leads/prospects as the come in. Create a new lead campaign for as long as you need in HTML or Plain text. Click Lead Distribution Tab then Lead Communication and Add Communications. Add as many drip emails as you need.

7.  Check out the Email Marketing Tab and create newsletters and targeted email marketing campaigns, too.
