Realtiva.com is proud to announce a new system upgrade on Monday, May 17th. This upgrade is focused primarily on new lead, drip email communications.

New Release updates can be viewed via these Click Streams(May 17th):

* Login / Prospects / Choose Prospect / Events Tab
* Login / Prospects / Choose Prospect / Triggers Tab
* Login / Prospects / Choose Prospect / Schedule Tab

Some of the new features include;

New Lead Drip Campaigns: Automatic drip email functionality to all new leads.

Single Date Campaigns: Schedule a single campaign to start on a specified date. I.E. Christmas, New Years, Easter, Halloween, etc.

Event Campaigns: Create email campaigns specific to dates associated with a particular prospect. These campaigns will be reoccurring each year on the “anniversary” of the event date. I.E. Wedding Anniversary, Anniversary of Transaction Close Date, Child’s Birthday, and etc.

Trigger Campaigns: Stop new lead communications once a lead turns into a transaction and begin sending messaging relevant to the real estate sales cycle. I.E. “3 email campaign to your seller now under contract” or “2 email campaign to your first time home buyer now under contract.”

Schedule Tab: Located under all your prospects, Realtiva.com now offers better visibility of email messages sent, scheduled or canceled. Under this tab Agents may easily cancel messages from being delivered with a single click.

Global Do Not Contact: All outgoing messages come standard with opt out footers to maintain SPAM compliance. Customers can easily opt out from your emails or agents can manually opt out a customer from within Realtiva.com. Simply check box the “do not contact” field and all scheduled communications are cancelled.

Manually Entered Prospects: Upon saving manually entered leads, the system will prompt user “Would you like to start new lead communications – Yes | No.”

We appreciate the overwhelming support and feedback from everyone on the system. Keeps those new feature suggestions coming thru the helpdesk and we will continue to make the enhancements you’ve requested.
