
1. Drip Email Campaign: This email communication starts automatically once a lead is captured into the Realtiva.com CRM system. Easily tie a lead type to the content of a specific drip campaign. Create as many emails in your drip as necessary.
2. Trigger Email Campaign:Identical to a drip email campaign except these drip email campaigns are started manually from within a specific Contact/Opportunity.
3. Event Triggers: Similar in concept to a drip or trigger campaign; however these are scheduled by date on a yearly basis. I.E. Send a Birthday Email every year on your contacts birthday. Simply enter the date and the Realtiva system will send out a birthday card every year based on date.

Drip Campaigns
Use: This campaign type is specific to new prospects either generated via web capture or user created and is an automated process once a new prospect arrives to your Realtiva account. User created prospects entered manually have a one-time option to start a Drip Campaign upon save.

Duration of Campaign: Until it ends
